I love shooting weddings because I love capturing a moment on film, and I love that amazing feeling that a great photo can inspire. Your wedding photos should make you smile with the memories of your day, and should capture that feeling of love and laughter that you shared as bride and groom.

Engagement Photos
Engagement photos are a great way to make it official. You can use your photos to decorate your house, show a slideshow at your rehearsal dinner or on your wedding website, print your save the date invitations, or just post on facebook. Some couples have told me that they weren’t sure why they should do an engagement session, my answer? Think of it as a test run for your photographer, and use the time to practice posing together (you’ll be doing it a lot on your wedding day!) But the best reason? Is that everyone should feel like a rockstar for a day, and it’s a fun way to spend an afternoon outdoors with each other.

Documentary Photography
I love documentary photography. I’ve worked as a photographer for StoveTeam International, along with other non-profit organizations, and would love to work with your organization to create vibrant photos for marketing collateral, framing, and publishing. I’ve travelled to Honduras, Guatemala, Vietnam, Peru, and throughout Europe. I’m open to travel anywhere, and have basic Spanish and French language skills.

Senior Portraits
Graduating from high school is a huge achievement, and senior portraits are a great way to make your teen feel special. I know my parents still proudly show off mine and my sister’s in their house! It’s a great way to capture that ephemeral moment in a teens life, before they’re off to college, or starting a job, before they’ve moved out of the house and learned how to do their own laundry. Kids change so fast, it’s important to remember what they were like at each stage of their adventures.
