Amanda and Kyle were referred to me by a friend and it was lovely to meet this great couple! They’ll be getting married next year in Hawaii, and wanted to do some beach photos during their engagement shoot. As I talked to them to plan out their photo shoot, I found out that Kyle is a HUGE Star Wars fan, and wanted to bring light sabers to the shoot. Talk about the perfect couple for this nerdy photographer! I immediately knew we had to go to Armstrong Woods, which is a dead-ringer for Endor, and would be a great location for a Star Wars feel.
I scouted a few locations, and worked with Amanda to plan out her costume changes accordingly. You can see in the photos they came well prepared with everything from light sabers to Disney hats and custom printed Mickey & Minnie t-shirts.
